About these terms 

These terms apply to bookings made through this website with Ikhahlamba Tours (trading as Ikhahlamba Trading Enterprise). 

Who can book 

Bookings are open to SADTU and DENOSA members. DENOSA packages are available to paid-up DENOSA members only.

Your booking reference 

Every booking receives a unique booking reference. Use it as the payment reference every time you pay.

Payments 

The total price, deposits and instalments for each package are shown on its division page.

Deposits, cancellations and refunds 

Deposit and refund conditions to be confirmed by Ikhahlamba Tours

Sharing a room or cabin 

Prices are generally based on sharing. You can name a preferred sharing partner on the booking form.

Travel documents 

A valid passport is required for cruise packages.

What is not included

Soft drinks and personal purchases are not included.

Your personal information 

We collect only what we need to manage your booking. We do not collect ID numbers. See our Privacy Policy.
